I don’t feel that we are getting honest service from this station. XC90 was in for scheduled service just over a year ago and within a few months we had to take it back in because brakes had worn down. There was no mention on the first visit to consider replacing brakes. Just took XC90 back for 40,000 maintenance and they recommended replacing front two tires for sure and all four would be ideal. Just had state inspection from different shop and no comment on tires. $1,100 snap decision (no thank you) on top of $600 service. “Would you like us to wash the car?” Uhhhhhh.
